I thought the retractable thing was a great idea. I bought two: one for each of my grown kids, for their cars. Before a month was up, both had stopped working. Nothing happened to them. They just stopped working. I am very disappointed.

I purchased it about 3 weeks ago, it worked awesome for 2 weeks, i loved the reel up the cord feature, but because it was made so cheaply, the plug got loose and the phone wouldnt take it. i went to walmart and bought a new one and have had no problems since

It works well, and the cord retracts so that I don’t have all those cords hanging out of little outlet in my car.

The button to retract the cord does not work very well. You got to press and hold a couple of times for the cord to retract completely. The cord is thin, as are most of these retractable charges, so you must be careful. Also disappointed that this item gets VERY HOT. I’m glad I paid a little over $2 plus shipping. Not happy that the shipping was more than the actual device.
